Grand Hotel Europe was a truly amazing experience! I am a frequent guest at luxury hotels and is rather picky with the service issues, impatient about staff unwilling to help. As for Grand Hotel Europe in Saint-Petersburg - the hotel has great hospitality traditions, personal attitude to every need of their guest! The hotel is worth praising!

Grand Hotel Europe was execellent! Everything was beyond expectations- the accommodation, service and stuff. Buffet Breakfast is the best one I've ever had at hotel - very delicious and nutritious. Hotel is pricey but worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Saint-Petersburg is a real treasure, but we started our acquaintance with the city from staying at Grand Hotel Europe. The hotel is an attraction by itself - its royal ambiance and classical style are amazing! The Suite room was wonderful, with pictures on the walls and beautiful furnishings. There are 7 restaurants at hotel and we've eaten at only four of them, however, all dining was great! The service is exceptional, you feel the rich hospitality traditions and history. You receive all you except from the 5 star hotel, even more!

Staying at Grand hotel Europe added more experience to my visit of Russia. The hotel occupies a prime location in the city - it's a popular choice among the 5 star hotels in St Petersburg and there are plenty different reviews about the hotel. My review is positive. Very beautiful building with its history and luxury surroundings. The restaurants are worth praising, the dining at hotel was great as well as service. I would definitely come back!

Visiting conference in St. Petersburg, I've found the accommodation at Grand hotel Europe. The hotel is fully a 5 star with great service. I was treated warmly and was provided with a driver - I've managed easily to go around the city. During my last two days I even had some sightseeing... waking up early in the morning I walked two minutes to the Russian Museum and admired the famous Russian painters. Then went to the Ital'yanskaya Street and then to Nevsky - very pleasant walking when you don't hurry anywhere - just admire every building and street.

Luxurious hotel!!!Worth visiting! Accommodation was brilliant and the service was on appropriate level. I stayed for about a week and have nothing negative to say. I liked Rossi restaurant with Italian cuiisine-nice atmosphere and delicious dishes.
Suite was excellent, spacious and soundproof.
Don't miss such experience!

I've been to Grand Hotel Europe and I appreciated the luxury and high quality services in the hotel.

The location is really perfect, I felt like being right in the centre of all city activities. I came to St. Petersburg specially for visiting the St. Petersburg Philharmonic and concerts that were organized by Juri Temirkanov. (I'm a professional violinist and I admire this conductor and his orchestra). Grand Hotel Europe is just opposite the Philharmonic building and I walked to the evening concerts. During the day time I enjoyed visiting the Russian Museum with its exhibitions. I'm a real fan of the Russian culture and St. Petersburg is the city I would definitely come back.
