If you are going to Saint-Petersburg, Russia, then I would highly recommend you Hotel Aurora. The location is superb, right at the corner of Nevsky Prospect and Ligovsky prospect. Very friendly staff and ultra clean room. When we arrived to hotel from the airport we were totally exhausted after long flight, it was about 12 at night and we were unable to go anywhere for some food. At the reception we were offered nice tea with some snacks which made us feel much better. All five nights spent at hotel were good - nothing bothered us. We used to order taxi at hotel for going to ballet and some other places from time to time. We also walked through the whole Nevsky Prospect - the main and busy street with most remarkable houses and lots of restaurants, souvenir shops. In short, if you are searching for a budget hotel in center of St. Petersburg, stay at Hotel Aurora. You willn't be disappointed at all. Thank you, Aurora!!!

I with my boyfriend stayed at Aurora hotel in Saint-Petersburg in August for 6 nights and we were very satisfied with the correlation of service and price. The staff spoke wonderful correct English, the room was very comfy and big. Only 5 minutes and you're at the city center. We would recommend this hotel for other people!

Hotel Aurora is a great small hotel with superb location, few minutes walk from Nevsky Prospect and metro station. The sights are easily reached by walk or by bus (10 minutes). Two of us stayed at hotel and had very comfortable and clean room. The reception is very "customer oriented", speaks good English. For budget limited travelers - Hotel Aurora is a great combination of price and service!

Fantastic Value! The room at Aurora Hotel was spacious. The hotel is located only few blocks from the metro station and the center of city - Nevsky Prospect with attractive restaurants and shopping area. It's right next to the train station so it's easy to get to. We were greeted very warmly by attentive front desk staff member who took care of all our requests. I would definitely stay here again.

Great rates! There are only few offers in Saint-Petersburg with good accommodation facilities and low prices - one of them is Hotel Aurora. I've found this hotel during my business trip last spring. This time I've stayed at Aurora with my friend from 11th - 14th of June, visiting the city for weekend. We came from Moscow, and the location of hotel was very convenient for us - Moscow Railway Station is walking distance from hotel, we didn't' have to take a taxi or use any transport. Besides, it's really close to Vosstaniya metro station and Nevsky Prospect. Many cafes are nearby, we've used the bus to get to most of the attractions. So we had a great time in St. Petersburg!

Hotel Aurora - is on Vosstaniya Street, which very close to Nevsky Prospect (2 minutes walk), Moskovsky Railway Station is nearby, very convenient location, espeсially for those arriving from Moscow. The rate at Autora Hotel are really cheap, about 100 USD, even in high tourist season for Saint Petersburg (may-june). Once I've found this hotel, I continue coming back to Aurora Hotel each time. I would recommend this mini hotel!

We've heard about the Night of Museums (the museums were working all night long till 6 a.m.) from our friends and decided that was a great idea to visit St Petersburg. There were four of us and we stayed at Hotel Aurora - a small, yet cosy and central hotel in Peter. From there we easily used metro station ("Vosstaniya") to get to major city's attractions and museums - the Hermitage, the Russian Museum, the Menshikov Palace, Dostoevsky Museum and some others. That was amazing trip with many bright impressions!!!

Last spring I've stayed at hotel Aurora, and liked the place, this time I've decided to repeat my accommodation at this small yet central hotel. I'm becoming a regurlar guest at this hotel and would recommend it to others. Very quite and clean room, low rates even in the tourist season - less than 100 USD - which is a rare case in St Petersburg. The metro station is 3 minutes from the hotel building and Nevsky Prospect is at hand with all its sights, however, it's about 3 bus stops to the Hermitage. The staff is very helpful, in terms of advises as for visiting the places and excursions around. Lovely hotel with great prices!!!

Aurora is a perfect choice if you need hotel very close to railway station. I have to travel a lot between Moscow and Saint Petersburg, so when I've found «Aurora» in three minutes to Moskovsky station I've realised - it is my home in St Petersburg!

My stay at this hotel was great. The customer service was excellent.Very friendly stuff. Nice quiet and clean place to relax and get some work done. Near Hotel Aurora ,excellent restaurants can be found. The transportation situation and excursion options are quite good.
