Four Seasons Hotel opens in St Petersburg in 2010

In June 2010 luxury hotel Four Seasons will be opened in St Petersburg. The new hotel will occupy a building which citizens used to name "The House with Lions". It is beautiful historical building in the centre of St Petersburg. The sum of investments of the restoration and renovation project can reach $200 million. The future hotel will include 183 rooms the average area 46 sq m, from them 157 standard rooms, 16 executive suites, 3 luxury suites with one bedroom and 6 luxury sutes with two bedrooms. In President Suite there will be two bedrooms, a rest zone, a lunch hall on 14 persons, an office and a terrace with a view on the Admiralteteysky prospect. Also in new hotel will be opened two restaurants – an Italian cuisine on 107 seats and Orient Fusion on 50 places. There also will be a cafe-restaurant «Winter garden» for 96 persons, arranged in a courtyard. For business meetings Four Seasons will offer a bar "Library" for 67 persons and six conference halls.
